Effective supervision is an engaging, learning and unfolding experience in service to your client, it is not just a reporting exercise.

I am a qualified supervisor and can supervise trainee as well as UKCP registrant therapists.

I have extensive experience in supervising experienced, early career and trainee therapists and counsellors both UKCP and BACP. Through my work as a former Director of Professional and Academic Studies at a large UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapy training college in London, I am fully aware and understand the supervision standard required for experienced qualified therapists and trainee therapists in todays ever evolving psychotherapy and counselling professional landscape.

Working integratively by drawing upon Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential and Transpersonal approaches to suit your therapeutic approach, we will explore parallel process, transference, therapeutic relationship, client challenges, amongst other aspects of the work, in service to understanding the world of your client. My approach is professional and participatory in nature. Contractual and ethical boundaries are adhered to, and just as importantly, I embrace the richness that a participatory environment can bring to the supervisory experience. I will encourage you to actively engage in the supervision in service to your practice.
